I'm writing a book. It doesn't have a title yet.

The subject is moving fast to name from a distance, so I'm naming it from inside.

Twelve months ago I started running my company NETNODE AG fully agentic. Agents draft, research, critique, ship. Humans decide, direct, and own the taste. Somewhere in that year the question changed from "should we use AI" to "what kind of organisation are we becoming."

The book is my answer to a problem a lot of organisations will face in the next years. How to make sense of AI and specifically agentic AI. How to integrate agents into your own organisation. We did it and I want to share the learnings from our journey.

I'll publish the thinking and progress on the book as it forms here.
