Two different rooms

Everyone has an opinion about agentic AI. Most were formed without ever running an agent.

It's hype, a toy that breaks in production. Or it's coming for your job by Christmas. Loud views, almost none from someone who's done the work.

Going agentic isn't an argument you win. It's an experience. From the outside it looks like a faster version of your old job. From the inside, once you've finished something you couldn't have done last year, you know it's a different kind of work.

So try before you judge. Not one prompt and a verdict. Push a real task to its limit, until you hit the actual edge of what's possible today. Then judge.

One room is full of people with opinions. The other is full of people with scars.

Which one are you standing in?

I'm currently writing a book about Agentic AI. Follow me on this channel to get updates.
